Working with a company that you trust is one of the best ways to feel confident in your copier choice. There are a lot of sleazy companies out there and not everyone finds someone they like to work with. They feel backed into a corner and sign with anyone to end the process. This can be a brutal mistake that causes a lot of hardship later on. Questioning your copier representative vigorously  a great way to see if they’re on your side or not.

Some copier leasing companies care more about money than anything else. They will see you as payday, and will try to get you to buy the expensive stuff. Another thing you might see is that they will try to sneak in some tricky language into your lease. This can be hard to understand and you could wind up paying more than you thought.

Questioning your rep about all parts of your lease is a good way to feel out if they have your best interests in mind. Ask them about any questions that you have and more. Don’t let them fast-talk you into buying something out of fear. If you think they are trying to just get your money then they probably are.
